Rooms and Rates

Davis House Inn is a small property offering just 12 guest rooms. Our guestrooms, 6 per floor, all have private entrances. Our rooms are decorated with tropical furnishings, contain a unique collection of seaside artwork, and have finely appointed private bathrooms.

Rates shown are "lowest" and "highest", representing a range of rates that occur within a set of dates. Most dates in September & October are considered Low Season. All dates from February 7 - April 7 are considered High Season. They are intended as general guidelines only. Individual room rates vary from time to time within the range, are subject to appropriate taxes and may change without notice. Rates are based on double occupancy. Weekends, holidays, and special events may require minimum stays and may incur a surcharge.

Three categories of accommodations are provided, each beautifully appointed for your comfort:

Deluxe Accomodations: Location and luxury separate these rooms from the rest. Our four front rooms are our best and most popular. Not only will you find a great view of the river and the tropical landscaping, these corner rooms have large windows which let in the daylight and the cool tropical breezes at night. Sit outside on the verada and enjoy a cool drink, or step inside to cool comfort of air conditioning. These guest rooms are spacious, clean, bright and airy. Much like mini apartments with a seated living area, a dining table and two chairs, refridgerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and silverware and yes we've even thrown in the kitchen sink. You also have a full private bath with plush towels and our line of bath amenties. Enjoy a comfortable night's rest in the king size bed with extra pillows and pressed linens. Our unique decor and custom touches will delight you. Standard King Suites: Enjoy the good life in one of our "not so standard" King Suites. All our standard rooms are large, clean and well appointed. All offer: a king size bed, ceiling fan, full private bath, hairdryer and a California closet. A separated living area with seating, Cable TV and A/C. This room also has a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, in room coffee and tea, dishes and silverware) dining table and 2 chairs. To accomodate 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 small children many king suites offer a futon which converts into a full size bed. This set up is available for an extra fee. Double Bed Suite: This great rooms offer two beds, One Queen and One Full. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, in room coffee and tea, complete service for 4 and a seated counter/bar area. This room has a full private bathroom. With a maximum occupancy of 4, this suite easily accommodates a small family or group requiring additional bedding or even singles. Policies:

Rates are quoted daily, per room, based on double occupancy
(up to 2 people in either 1 King Bed or 2 Double Beds), exclusive of taxes, gratuities and surcharges.
State and county tax is 11%.

Rates subject to change at any time.
Rates slightly higher on weekends, Holidays and In Season.
A 3 night stay may be required in Season.
Minimum stay may be required on holidays and during special events.

The Davis House Inn is a small, private Inn, with limited services.
You must be 21 to reserve a room; photo Id required at check in.
Facilities are reserved for the exclusive use of registered guests only. The Inn is not suitable for pets, Spring Breakers, extra persons beyond the number reserved. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 persons per room, including children. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Failure to observe this policy will result in denial of reservation at check-in or shortened stay, without refund of deposit. A $250 Deposit is required for 3rd party bookings.

Cancellations:
The Davis House Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. 50% of your total reservation (1-night deposit on 1-night stays), including tax, is required for booking. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, regardless of the reason, please notify us a least 15 (fifteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. A $25 processing fee will be charged. Cancellations made within the last 15 (fifteen) days, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 15 (fifteen) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire stay. If we can rebook your room(s), a partial refund will be made.

Rates/Policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
During the high impact months of February & March a 90 day cancellation policy is in effect; a 60 day cancellation policy for Holidays and Group or Event Bookings. Cancellations made within the last 60 days for Holidays/Events and 90 days during our peak season months of February & March regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations or changes made outside these dates will result in a refund less a $25.00 administration fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 60 days for Holidays/Events and 90 days during our peak season months of February & March, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-rent the room(s), a partial refund will be made.

A deposit equal to one nights stay or 50% of your total room reservation (whichever is greater) including tax is required for all reservations. We do not refund for inclement weather or any other circumstances
beyond our control. We strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment.

If arriving outside of check in times, call us and we will happily make other arrangements. Failing to call or show after check in times will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
